Pultruded Fiberglass Products
Pultrusion is a continuous process in which fiberglass continuous strand mat and fiberglass rovings are drawn through a resin impregnation station which includes a mixture of Polyester resin, Pigment, Filler and Catalyst.
Once the glass mat and glass rovings have become impregnated with the resin mixture they are then formed using guides and then pulled through a die. When the resin rich glass fibers are pulled through the die, the pressure and heat cures the liquid resin into a solid state.
The resulting product is super strong, three times the tensile strength of steel, durable, light weight and corrosion free product that is inflammable. Click Here for FRP Flammability
